IRA COHEN, Senior Vice President, Senior Portfolio Manager for UBS Financial Services, Inc., and father of one son, is especially excited to celebrate Father's Day because his first grandson, Ira Stanley Cohen, arrived last December.
Although he does not grill his own, he enjoys a burger (sans cheese) about once a week. But, to balance it out, he also eats a lot of salad!

A father of three, he says a perfect day to enjoy a burger would be after a day of golf when it's 80 degrees with a light northerly breeze, Jimmy Buffet playing in the background, and a tall cold root beer for refreshment.
