Frazier Named Superintendent of Schools

Christine Lizardi Frazier was recently sworn in as the 20th Kern County Superintendent of Schools. She succeeds Larry E. Reider who retired on June 30. The Kern County Board of Education voted unanimously June 9 to appoint Frazier as Reider's replacement, following his announced intention to retire on May 12.
