Trick or treating just got even more fun thanks to these Halloween ghost brownies. Whether you're baking for a school party or just getting festive, these spooky brownies are as delightful as they are delicious. Between the ooey, gooey brownies, creamy frosting and marshmallow surprise, this is a Halloween brownie idea you have to make. Add these to any dessert tray or table for a head-turning dessert. You'll be legendary for these ghost brownies!

All you need to put these yummy ghosts together are:
  • 1 Bag Large Marshmallows
  • Brownies to cut into small squares (you can either make your own or grab pre-made brownies at your local grocery store)
  • 16 oz. tub of white frosting
  • black decorating gel (or dark food coloring to mix with a small reserve of the white frosting.
  •
  • To assemble the Ghost Brownie:
  1. Cut brownies into small bite-sized squares
  2. Place one marshmallow on each brownie square
  3. Microwave the tub of white frosting until it’s a smooth creamy texture and then spoon over each marshmallow brownie bite
  4. Let icing cool and set
  5. Create eyes and mouths with the black decorating gel

Tip: I used a cupcake/muffin tin to keep the brownie bites separate and to catch extra icing
