Strawberry Kefir Overnight Oats
  • 2 cups Maple Hill Strawberry Kefir
  • 1 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 2 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 1 teaspoon beetroot powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2-1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • sliced strawberries (optional)
  • walnuts (optional)
  • nut butter (optional)


Whisk strawberry kefir, oats, chia seeds, beetroot powder, vanilla and maple syrup until smooth. Allow to sit 5 minutes then whisk again to prevent clumps.

Refrigerate at least 2 hours, or overnight.

For serving, top with sliced strawberries, walnuts, nut butter or other favorite toppings.
