Structured Schedule for the Hour Fifteen:

9:00-9:10 Manny Pad Morning Greet, Stretching, and Positive Affirmation.

9:10-9:40 Activity A (30 mins).

9:40-9:50  Water Break.

9:50-10:20 Activity B (30 mins).

10:20-10:30 Post-Stretch at Manny Pad, Q&A, Homework Assignment.

What to Expect

For Beginners

- Introduction to Skatepark Etiquette.

- Fundamental Stances and Balancing.

- Pushing Techniques.

- Kickturns and Rolling (Switch, Fakie, Speed).

For Intermediate Skaters:

- Review of Skatepark Etiquette.

- Practice Ollies, Stalls, and Manuals.

- Introduction to Risk Assessment.

- Dropping In Techniques.

- Introduction to Bowl and Transition Riding.

For Advanced Skaters:

- Briefing on Skatepark Etiquette.

- Understanding Ramp Physics and Rail Techniques.

- Exploring Various Obstacle Styles.

- Techniques for Banks, Ledges, and Bowls.

- Assistance with Specific Tricks.

- Building Confidence and Fostering a Sense of Belonging.

Solo Sessions Description:

- Each session is tailored to the individual's skill level, focusing on progression and safety.

- Beginners will receive thorough instruction on basic skills and etiquette, while advanced skaters will refine techniques and tackle more challenging maneuvers.

- Sessions will include a mix of individual practice, group activities, and mentorship to ensure a well-rounded learning experience.

- Homework assignments will reinforce learning and encourage continued improvement between sessions.

- The instructor will provide a supportive environment, fostering confidence and a sense of belonging within the skateboarding community.
