March is all about reading. Read Across America Week is celebrated from March 2-6—beginning with the birthday of Theodor Seuss Geisel—better known by his pen name, Dr. Seuss.

The National Education Association launched Read Across America in 1998 to celebrate reading and events are held in schools and communities across the nation to honor Seuss and encourage a love of reading.
