April is National Child Abuse Prevention Month. Thriving families depend on strong support systems, support can come from family, friends, neighbors, and others in the community. April is a special time to increase community awareness about preventing child abuse and neglect, but child safety needs to be 365 days a year, 24 hours a day concern for everyone.
