Red, White, and Blue Frozen Cocktail (ADULTS ONLY)

Ingredients:

Blue Layer:
  • 1 cup of ice
  • 2 1/2 oz blue curaçao
  • 1/2 cup lemonade
  • 1 Tbsp honey

Red Layer:

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 cup of ice

White Layer:

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 2 oz vodka
  • 1 Tbsp honey
  • 1/2 cup lemonade

Garnish:

  • 1 strawberry

Instructions:

  1. Add all the ingredients for the blue layer into a blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a container to store in the freezer while you make the other two layers.
  2. Rinse the blender, then place all ingredients for the red layer in the blender and blend until smooth. Pour into a container and store it in the freezer. Repeat with the white layer.
  3. Once you’re ready to serve the cocktails, add the red layer into a glass. Add the white layer and then top it off with the blue layer.
  4. Garnish with a whole or half strawberry.

  5. Strawberry Firecracker Pops

    Ingredients:
    • 12 California strawberries, stems removed
    • 12 lollipop sticks
    • 8 oz red candy melts
    • 8 oz white candy melts
    • ½ cup blue sprinkles

    Instructions:

    1. Line a baking sheet with parchment. Wash, dry, and stem the strawberries, then insert a lollipop stick into each.
    2. Melt the red candy melts until smooth, dip each strawberry to coat fully, then place on the baking sheet to harden for about 10 minutes.
    3. Melt the white candy melts, dip each strawberry halfway to leave a red stripe at the top, and let set for about 20 seconds.
    4. Dip the tip of each strawberry into blue sprinkles, keeping some white visible.
    5. Let dry on the baking sheet for 15 minutes (refrigerate to speed up), then serve.
