Whether they’re camping, helping their communities, or launching a creative project, Girl Scouts learn to lead with courage, kindness, and joy.

Volunteers and Troop Leaders play a powerful role in this journey. They guide, support, and cheer on each Girl Scout as they try new things, face challenges, and discover what they are capable of. These mentors help nurture tomorrow’s leaders, offering a safe space to grow and encouragement to dream big.

Girl Scouts shape their own path by earning badges, developing skills, and finding adventure in every experience. With a community behind them and friends by their side, they gain the confidence to be themselves and the strength to lead with purpose.
